Make your next study session a commitment.

Set a study target. Report your progress. Share agreed updates with a friend who wants to support you—without asking them to coach you.

How it works

Four steps. No nagging. No partner workload.

1
Make a commitment
Define exactly what you'll do, how often, and what counts as success. Measurable only.
2
Choose who keeps you accountable
Invite a friend by email. Updates start only after they accept, using the preferences they choose.
3
You report your progress
Use a manual check-in or focus timer. These are your reports, not independent proof that you studied.
4
They get the update
Your contact sees reported completion or no recorded check-in. They can stop updates at any time.

Support without a second to-do list

A shared study plan, with clear boundaries.

No partner workload

Your accountability partner doesn't monitor, check in, or coach. They just get the result automatically.

Measurable commitments

Choose a specific target, such as a 25-minute study session. Progress is self-reported.

Your contact stays in control

Your contact chooses which updates to receive and can opt out.

FAQ

Does my partner need the app?

No. They need email and must accept your invitation before progress updates start.

Can they opt out?

Yes, instantly. Every progress email has a stop-updates link. They never need to create an account.

Can I change a commitment after starting?

You can pause a commitment to stop its progress updates. For a different schedule, create a new commitment.

Is my data private?

Contacts receive your name, commitment title, reported completion status, and summary counts. Private notes and evidence are not included in progress emails.

Does the app shame users?

No. Updates describe reported progress. A missing check-in is not proof of failure.
